City of Copperas Cove Selects GovQA Customer Service Online Software

Copperas Cove, Texas – The City of Copperas Cove recently implemented a new online customer service program. The new "Citizens Support Center" from GovQA allows the City to improve communication with citizens and provides access to information around the clock. Through the GovQA online software, citizens can access information or ask questions at their convenience, from anywhere at any time. The system allows citizens to search an existing database for answers to frequently asked questions as well submit questions of their own.

In order to use the service, residents must first establish an account online at http://mygovhelp.com/copperascovetx/_cs/supporthome.aspx or simply click on the link from the City’s website. Once an account has been established, citizens can begin accessing information and asking questions.

GovQA’s system will also help centralize all departments within the City. The system should enhance organization and create a convenient form of communication between departments. It will allow Copperas Cove to track and report on City data. Other capabilities that the GovQA system offers are: Online and Printed Surveys, Custom Reporting, Document Downloads, Event Calendars and more. Potential future program expansions include implementation of a Service Request and Work Order module and an Open Records Request module.
